All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio with intention and care.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and will ship within 3–4 weeks. This timeframe reflects the time required to create each piece with the highest level of quality and detail.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or refused delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded. Any additional fees required to reship the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will always do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for carrier-related issues once the package has left our studio.
