Please note that I have a 3-4 week turnaround for a made to order items.

Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to order with careful attention to detail. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

We take great care to accurately represent colors, textures, and sizing in our listings. Because screens may vary slightly, minor color differences are not considered defects.
